Team works are important in such a way that being in a group can get much done compared to working as individuals. This is because when one is in a group you combine your heads or your minds which is better compared to working as an individual.

The importance of team work can be highlighted as:

Delegation: A team that works well together understands the strengths and weaknesses of each team member. One of the benefits of strong teamwork in the workplace is that team leaders and members become proficient at dividing up tasks so they are done by the most qualified people.
