Using the theoretical work of at least two contributors to EACH of the four organizational frameworks discussed by Bolman and Deal in Reframing Organizations, trace the historical development of organizational theory since 1900, illustrating how each theorist contributed to our understanding of organizations and leadership, and to Bolman and Deal’s Four Frame Model. Following this review of theoretical development, describe how two of the perspectives presented by the frames are helpful in examining the research problem you have selected for your dissertation. Indicate which theorists are particularly helpful for understanding this application.
