What am I required to do in this assignment?Assignment: This assessment accounts for 60% of the total grade.For this assignment you are required to work in groups, your group (6 – 8 students, this will be decided by your tutor) are required to produce a project management plan for a suitable project from the list below. You must agree on the project title and scope with your tutor. The Project Plan will include the use of Project Management tools and techniques studied and discussed in the sessions. This project plan assessment contains two parts:Part A (Formative): Group submission of the PowerPoint presentation, whereby feedback will subsequently be provided. Date to be confirmed by tutor. The group submission should make use of Microsoft PowerPoint software, with 15 slides maximum Part B (Summative): An individual project portfolio document will be developed by you and this is the document which will be assessed. The portfolio document (3,500 words) will contain the project plan with all the elements as required (refer to the marking criteria/marking rubric) as well as describing your contribution to the project and a post-project reflection. Your project plan will take into account the feedback provided by the tutor to the group in the presentation submission and you will revise the elements of the project plan accordingly.
